PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stefan Struwe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asdrubal Corachan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corachan has chosen The Locomotion as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Asdrubal Corachan enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stefan Struwe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Asdrubal Corachan!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Struwe lands a slapping body shot.
Corachan has his takedown stuffed
and Struwe counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Corachan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Struwe tries to avoid it but Corachan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Struwe to the ground. Struwe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Struwe takes a swing at Corachan's ribcage but misses.
Struwe connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Corachan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Struwe pinned against the cage. Struwe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Stefan Struwe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Asdrubal Corachan.
Corachan looks to land a combination but Struwe avoids it well.
Corachan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Struwe circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Corachan gets cracked there but stands up to it.
We've been told by Struwe's head coaches at All In MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Struwe, as that shot connected.

Corachan is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Struwe lands a body shot.
Corachan tries to clinch up
and Struwe counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Struwe bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Corachan's head backwards.
Corachan is still on wobbly legs! Can Struwe finish him?
Struwe is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Struwe throws a monster overhand right that drops Corachan! Struwe follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
