Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Bezerra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis McElroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruno Bezerra! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Travis McElroy! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bezerra fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. A chopping leg kick lands by Bezerra. Bezerra lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
McElroy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bezerra defends it nicely. Bezerra lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bezerra darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Bezerra lands with a nice body punch. McElroy looks winded! McElroy is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bezerra sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Bezerra fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McElroy has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McElroy misses with a takedown and Bezerra cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. McElroy's coach down at Power Quest was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on McElroy's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Bruno Bezerra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Travis McElroy. Good shot there by Bezerra.
McElroy is rocked! Bezerra lands a slapping body shot.
McElroy is still on wobbly legs! Can Bezerra finish him? Bezerra is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches McElroy flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! McElroy is out cold! Bezerra holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bruno Bezerra! An out of breath Bruno Bezerra thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
