Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Clovis Patterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micheal Bates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Micheal Bates will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bates tries to clinch up.
Patterson tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Patterson throws a leg kick that misses.
Bates tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Patterson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Bates really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Patterson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A relieved looking Clovis Patterson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
