The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahasi shoots in looking for a takedown. Lucas tries to sprawl out of it but Takahasi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lucas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lucas closes the distance and clinches.
Takahasi wants to get back to striking at distance but Lucas won't allow it.
Lucas lands a nice knee to the body.
Takahasi throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Lucas blocks it with crossed arms.
Knees in the clinch landing for Lucas.
Lucas connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Taichi Takahasi has been cut.
Takahasi looks gassed!
A right hook to the body lands for Lucas.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lucas lands a big knee to the head and Takahasi goes down! Lucas pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
