Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thaddeus Dorsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lilly Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lilly Bean will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Bean throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Bean lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Dorsey tries to kick Bean off but Bean keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bean can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dorsey controls the pace.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bean connects with a nice short shot to Dorsey's temple.

Bean is nestled in close to Dorsey, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Dorsey's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
