The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Symington shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stafford napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Symington in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Stafford striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
Stafford sneaks back into half guard.
Symington lands strikes from half guard.
Stafford is rocked!
Symington is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Stafford tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Symington has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Symington lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Stafford! Symington sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Stafford and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
