Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Delbert Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Randolph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randolph has chosen Engine no 9 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tommy Randolph has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Randolph! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randolph clinches up against the cage. Grant really is a fat lump. Randolph leaning his opponent against the cage. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Grant creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Grant fails to pull the fight into his guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Randolph pushes Grant up against the cage in a clinch. A bit of stalling here from Randolph.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Randolph enables Grant to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Randolph manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Randolph pushes Grant off and gets back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Randolph tries to sprawl but Grant drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Randolph is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Grant pulls his head out easily. Randolph tries to roll over but Grant keeps him under control. Grant is thwarting Randolph's attempts to control the position. Randolph is looking for a sweep. Grant is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grant wants to work for an arm triangle but Randolph is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Grant perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Grant prevents Randolph from improving his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Randolph looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Randolph keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Grant looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Grant trying to control the position from guard on top but Randolph is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Grant throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Randolph works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Randolph is pulling down on Grant's head to control his posture. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tommy Randolph will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Randolph has a takedown stuffed. It looked like Grant was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Randolph clinches up against the cage. Grant tries to pull guard but Randolph forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Grant tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Randolph slips nicely into half guard. Randolph perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Randolph trying to pass the guard but Grant defending well. Randolph looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Grant is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Randolph is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Randolph with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Randolph frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Randolph is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Grant has managed to escape the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grant tries to hold on but Randolph postures up. Randolph trying to control but Grant is having none of it. Grant wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Randolph.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Randolph content just to control the position here. Tommy Randolph has got the better of the ground game so far. Grant is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Randolph lands a big shot there that rocks Grant but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Grant wants to control but Randolph is having none of it. Grant is wriggling around trying to escape.
Randolph wants to finish this one by submission but Grant is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Randolph. Randolph tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Randolph is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Grant is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Grant flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Randolph anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Grant and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Randolph slips an arm under Grant chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Randolph has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Randolph is squeezing on Grant like an anaconda would it's prey. Grant fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tommy Randolph! Tommy Randolph spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
