Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Comanche Todd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carney Duffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duffy has chosen Brawl - Bloody spit as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffy lands with a kick to the temple. Todd shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Todd has closed the distance and engaged Duffy in a clinch.
Duffy misses with a body punch.

Duffy goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Duffy doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Todd misses with a punch on the inside.
Todd swings wildly with an uppercut but Duffy uses good head movement to avoid it.

Duffy is trying to break the clinch but Todd has him pressed against the ropes.

Duffy tries a knee to the head but Todd blocks it.

Duffy drops Todd with a big knee straight up the middle! Todd is covering up against the ropes but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Todd is rocked!
It looks like Comanche Todd has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Todd tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Oh Todd is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Comanche Todd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Duffy lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Duffy throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Todd moves into the clinch.
Todd lands an uppercut.
Duffy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Todd gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Duffy gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Todd is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carney Duffy!

Carney Duffy really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Perkele! logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
