Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and monk head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacob Edwards! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, monk head! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Edwards lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
head looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! A lazy left from Edwards finds it's target. Edwards throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Edwards moves into the clinch. Edwards pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Edwards cracks head with an open hand slap. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Edwards closes the distance and clinches. Edwards stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Edwards pulls guard successfully.
Edwards has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but head can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Edwards working for a triangle but head defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Edwards is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Edwards will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Edwards had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. head is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Edwards Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take head's back instead. Edwards connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for head to escape the position.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
head won't enjoy being in this position. Edwards looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - head is tapping - it's over boys! Edwards picks up the submission victory!
