Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dino Clavette (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Furlong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clavette comes to the cage accompanied by Dead and Gone. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Eddie Farnsworth and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furlong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Clavette misses with a head kick.
Furlong lands a nice shot to the body.
Furlong lands with a shot to the body.
Furlong swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Furlong looks to land a combination but Clavette avoids it well.
Furlong looks to throw the jab but Clavette is out of range.
Furlong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oooh a lovely combination from Clavette sends Furlong down but not out. Clavette dives into side control looking to finish.
Furlong is rocked!
It looks like Joe Furlong has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Furlong manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Furlong is still in real trouble! Can Clavette finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Furlong tries to get to full guard but Clavette has control of the leg.
Clavette knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Furlong on the ground.
Furlong seems to have recovered his senses.
Furlong wants to control but Clavette is keeping busy.
Furlong is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Clavette's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Clavette's back!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Clavette wants to control his opponent's hands but Furlong gets his hands free.
Furlong is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Clavette with him. Clavette is trying to defend but Furlong has an arm under the chin now! Clavette grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Joe Furlong!
