The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magaba tries to close the distance and clinch but Judo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Magaba steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Judo.
Sloppy strikes from Magaba. Those never looked like landing.
Judo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Magaba looking to score a takedown here. Judo is defending well but Magaba drives through and ends up in Judo's guard.
Magaba avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Magaba preventing the sweep.
Magaba trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Magaba slips nicely into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Magaba throws a sloppy strike and Judo has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Magaba is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Judo!
