Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tony Danza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demian Maia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Danza might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Who's the Boss. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danza swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Maia fails with the takedown.
Maia gets caught flat footed, as Danza shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Maia looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Danza stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Maia swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Danza shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Maia's guard.
