Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pegas tests Presle's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Pegas misses with a head kick.
Presle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pegas.
Pegas paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Presle walks into a left hand.
Pegas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Presle takes one to the chin there.
Pegas throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Presle's head.
It looks like Ludovic Presle has been cut.
Presle misses with a jab, cross combination.
A solid leg kick lands there for Pegas.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A head kick misses from Pegas.
Presle went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pegas, as that shot connected.
Presle falls off balance throwing a combination
and Pegas counters with a stiff right hand.
Presle moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Presle is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pegas.
Pegas drives through and clinches with Presle against the cage.
Pegas misses with a hook to the ribs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pegas softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Pegas lands on the inside with an uppercut.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Presle.
A short left from Pegas.
Pegas lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Pegas lands a nice elbow.
Pegas tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
A hook to the body from Pegas.
Presle is breathing heavily.
Pegas presses Presle against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Pegas pressing his opponent against the cage.
Pegas lands an elbow inside.
Ludovic Presle's cut is getting worse.

Pegas blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Pegas lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Presle backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pegas tries a body shot but Presle blocks it.
Pegas misses with a punch to the body.
Pegas stalling.
Presle breaks the clinch.
Presle throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Pegas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ludovic Presle's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Pegas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Presle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pegas circles away quickly and effectively.
Presle closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Pegas is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Presle had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Presle has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Pegas.
Pegas drives through and clinches with Presle against the cage.
Pegas creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Presle's defenses.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ludovic Presle's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
