23 - 33 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pozar Pozar! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dickens misses with a body shot.

Pozar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dickens gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Pozar had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dickens defends it easily. Dickens is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Pozar wants to stand up but Dickens is controlling him. Dickens stopping the sweep attempt from Pozar.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dickens looking to pass the guard. Pozar is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dickens defends well. Pozar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Pozar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dickens tries to avoid it but Pozar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dickens to the ground. Dickens escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Dickens looks to score with a jab to the body but Pozar is just out of range. Dickens gets in close and instigates a clinch. Dickens digs a right hand into Pozar's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Pozar's gas tank. Dickens scores with a hook to the body. Come on Dickens - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
