Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackie Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimi Powell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Powell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 8 Mile. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powell shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chan as he jumps to the side.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Chan.
Powell on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Chan loads up on a big right hand but Powell slips the punch.
Chan swings for the body but Powell moves out of range.
Chan scores with a nice right hand.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Powell has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Powell decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jackie Chan will probably get the nod.

Chan feints and then cracks Powell's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Powell down.

Chan is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Powell can do to turn this around?

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Powell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
