Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rolf Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rolf Bell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Paul Morris! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morris pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bell avoids the head kick by Morris.
Bell fires out a quick counter leg kick but Morris just manages to avoid it. Bell could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Morris throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Morris looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bell tries to clinch up. Bell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Morris swivels and escapes. Morris is looking for the big counter here. Morris swats away the attempt to clinch by Bell. Despite the aggression on Morris's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morris connects with a high kick. Bell dives in and grabs Morris's left leg, looking for a takedown. Morris pushes down on Bell's head and hops out. Bell has closed the distance and engaged Morris in a clinch.
Morris is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morris is trying to break the clinch but Bell has him pressed against the cage. Morris has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Bell tries to throw a body punch but Morris avoids it by throwing Bell back against the cage. Morris's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bell closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Bell stops Morris from getting back to his feet.
Bell looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Morris is trying to stand up here but Bell is controlling him well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morris pushes Bell off but Bell dives into side control.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Bell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Morris swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A combination from Morris does no damage. Bell has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Morris. Bell clinches up with Morris and pushes him back against the cage. Bell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bell avoids the head kick by Morris.
Bell fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rolf Bell. That's going to take a lot out of him. Morris connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Morris throws a series of punches but Bell avoids them all with ease. Bell seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Rolf Bell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bell shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Bell is working for a submission of some sort.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bell stops Morris from getting back to his feet.
Bell lands strikes from half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bell sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Morris defending well though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bell prevents Morris from standing back up.

Paul Morris dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Bell stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Morris. Morris throws a head kick but Bell moves out of range.
It looked like Bell was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Morris. Bell dodges the punch combination from Morris.
Bell shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Morris wants to stand and escape but Bell is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Morris keeping moving, preventing Bell from controlling successfully.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bell working the ground and pound from side control. Bell is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Morris has escaped the position, nice work there. Morris tries to escape but Bell is in control. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bell blocks a head kick by Morris.
Rolf Bell is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A right-left combo lands from Morris. Paul Morris seems to be getting the better of the standup. Bell avoids the head kick by Morris.
Morris is breathing heavily. No luck with that takedown attempt from Bell. Bell is looking to clinch. Bell changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Morris tries to avoid it but Bell manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Morris to the ground. Morris escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Paul Morris is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Morris tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A counter left hand to the body from Bell misses its target. Morris throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bell. A close second round but Paul Morris will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Morris tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Bell looking for the choke but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morris is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Rolf Bell overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Morris avoids the strikes from Bell. Morris is keeping busy.
Bell slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Morris manages to escape to his feet. Bell tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Morris manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bell misses with a takedown attempt and Morris counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Morris swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Bell with a lazy takedown attempt and Morris counters with a three punch combo that has Bell backing up. Bell nods at Morris to acknowledge the strikes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rolf Bell. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bell fails in his attempt to clinch. Morris throws a body kick that misses. Bell is looking for a counter combo.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Paul Morris. I've got Morris winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
