Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karol Cropp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Garfunkel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Garfunkel's choice of entrance music: Haifisch. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
51 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Karol Cropp! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frank Garfunkel! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Garfunkel. Cropp throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Garfunkel cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Cropp pushing out the jab but it's not landing. It seemed like Garfunkel was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Cropp tries to clinch but Garfunkel moves out of range. Cropp misses with a looping left. Garfunkel lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Cropp at a distance.
Cropp tries to close the distance and clinch up but Garfunkel swats him away and circles back towards the center. Cropp throws a body shot but no joy. Cropp throws an off balance right hand
and Garfunkel decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cropp's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Cropp manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Garfunkel manages to get himself to full guard.
Garfunkel is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Cropp is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cropp got a little sloppy there for a moment and Garfunkel has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cropp has managed to get both his arms back between Garfunkel's legs - danger averted. Garfunkel working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Cropp.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cropp loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Garfunkel had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cropp defends it easily. Cropp postures up and lands a big shot to Garfunkel's brow. Garfunkel not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Cropp postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Garfunkel keeping moving, preventing Cropp from controlling successfully. Cropp controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Cropp trying to control but Garfunkel is working from the bottom. Cropp trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Cropp won't allow Garfunkel to sweep him here. Garfunkel is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cropp loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Garfunkel has momentary wrist control but Cropp slips an elbow through the middle. Cropp is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Garfunkel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've been hearing that Cropp has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Cropp working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cropp is looking to work some ground and pound but Garfunkel has wrist control. Cropp stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Garfunkel swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cropp loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Cropp throws a strike but Garfunkel rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Cropp is trying to control the position but Garfunkel postures up. Cropp working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Garfunkel. Garfunkel trying to control the position from guard on top but Cropp is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Garfunkel is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Cropp controls Garfunkel momentarily but Garfunkel frees himself. Garfunkel is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Cropp is trying to control the position from the bottom.

It looks like Frank Garfunkel has been cut. Garfunkel has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cropp can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Cropp is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Cropp won't allow Garfunkel to sweep him here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cropp postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Garfunkel trying to control the position.
Cropp slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Karol Cropp will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Frank Garfunkel's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Cropp throws a hook to the side of Garfunkel's head but Garfunkel sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Garfunkel cracks Cropp with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Cropp throws a right and a left that both miss. Cropp misses with an uppercut. Garfunkel saw that one coming. Cropp drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Garfunkel is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Sloppy strikes there by Cropp. Cropp throws an elbow but Garfunkel slips to the side and avoids it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cropp works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
That has opened up Frank Garfunkel's cut even more. Karol Cropp overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Garfunkel tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Cropp presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Garfunkel keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Cropp scoring with strikes but Garfunkel is staying in there. Cropp is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Garfunkel can do to turn this around?

Frank Garfunkel's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Frank Garfunkel's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
