The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Velasquez throws an elbow that misses. Uzzi uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Velasquez's guard. Nice move by Uzzi!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Grabriel Uzzi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
