The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Ben Hemmingworth and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minakov throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cezar sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Minakov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cezar throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Cezar moves forwards but Minakov connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Julio Cezar has been cut.
Minakov throws out a loose jab but Cezar uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cezar avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Minakov darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Cezar's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Minakov before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vitaly Minakov!
A less than humble Vitaly Minakov misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
