Marrinoe decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Tulova has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Marrinoe is working away from the top position though.
Marrinoe wants to get back to his feet.

Marrinoe seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Despite being in the dominant position, Willie Tulova just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tulova shoots for a double leg takedown but Marrinoe sprawls well. He's pushed Tulova's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Tulova shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Marrinoe as he jumps to the side.

Marrinoe looks to land a combination. Tulova sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Tulova tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marrinoe swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Tulova takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Marrinoe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tulova feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tulova crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Marrinoe - the referee stops the clock and Tulova gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Marrinoe. Tulova manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Willie Tulova comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Tulova has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
