Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Evander Boston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Olar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Evander Boston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mick Olar! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Joseph Jones and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boston darts in and clinches Olar up against the cage. Boston trying to control the position but instead, Olar has worked for underhooks and has pushed Boston into the cage. Olar tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Boston changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Olar fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Olar tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boston was well out of range. Poor timing from Olar. Boston uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Olar.
Olar misses with an uppercut. Boston is looking to counter the offense by Olar and move into the clinch. Boston fails in his attempt to clinch. Boston ducks right into an uppercut from Olar. Olar connects with a right hand. Boston shakes it off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A big right from Olar misses. Boston tries to clinch up. Olar with the counter takedown but Boston avoids it easily. Boston fails with the takedown. Mick Olar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boston tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Olar paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Olar misses with a looping right. Olar throws the left hand but Boston avoids the punch easily. Olar looking to score a takedown here. Boston is defending well but Olar drives through and ends up in Boston's guard. Olar lands a couple of elbows. Boston wants to stand but Olar is controlling the position. Boston working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Olar. Olar stops Boston from standing up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Olar showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Olar won't allow Boston to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Olar's corner is telling him to maintain position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Olar chips away with some ground and pound. Olar works over Boston with some ground and pound from guard. Olar scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Olar stays in close to Boston's body and controls the position. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Olar's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Olar postures up and lands a big shot to Boston's brow. Olar must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Olar showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boston looking to control.
Olar trying to control but Boston is working from the bottom. Olar seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Olar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boston circles away quickly and effectively. Boston is looking to counter the offense by Olar and move into the clinch. Olar scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Boston takes one on the button. Nice sprawl there from Olar as Boston shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Evander Boston. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boston shoots in for a takedown but Olar shows good takedown defense. Boston moves out of range of the strikes. Olar swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Olar shoots in and bounces Boston off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boston working for a triangle but Olar defends it easily.
Olar looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Olar works over Boston with some ground and pound from guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mick Olar dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Olar closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Olar lands in his opponent's guard. Olar lands a couple of decent looking shots. Olar chips away with some ground and pound. Olar with a nice head shot there. Olar connects with a couple of short punches. Olar not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Olar with a nice head shot there. Boston looking to hit a scissor sweep but Olar is one step ahead there. Olar content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Boston has locked up a guillotine! Boston's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Olar is holding on here and Boston must be using up a lot of energy. Olar has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Boston gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
