Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hamish Peter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mills Biek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Mills Biek enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hamish Peter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mills Biek! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Biek looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Biek looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! No joy there for Peter, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Biek shoots in looking for a takedown. Peter tries to sprawl out of it but Biek keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Peter manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Peter scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Mills Biek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Peter lands a big shot that drops Biek! Can he finish him?
It looks like Mills Biek has been cut. Peter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Peter tries to stand but Biek is controlling from the bottom. Peter slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Peter trying to stand up but can't free himself from Biek's guard. Peter has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Biek is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Peter tries to stand but Biek is controlling from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Biek trying to control the position.
Biek wants to stand but Peter is controlling the position. Biek working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Peter doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Peter manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Peter dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Peter scores with a jab to the body. Biek takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Peter keeps the fight on the outside. Peter lands a with a good body shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A right-left combo lands from Peter.
That has opened up Mills Biek's cut even more. Biek shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
The cut above Mills Biek's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Hamish Peter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Peter bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Peter scores with a decent looking hook. Biek walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Mills Biek's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Biek defending well as Peter loads up on a big left hand. Biek shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mills Biek's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Hamish Peter!
