Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Geronimo Bones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rufus Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bones comes to the cage accompanied by One by Metallica. Lopez has chosen Party up in here - DMX as his entrance music. Geronimo Bones had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez keeps the fight on the outside.
Bones misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lopez.

Bones lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

and Lopez counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bones's guard now.

Lopez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lopez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
