Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heath tries to clinch up but Richardson circles away and keeps his distance.
Heath misses with a straight left.

Richardson catches Heath with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Heath throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Richardson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Richardson counters with a nice uppercut.
Richardson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Heath.

Heath has Richardson up against the cage in a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Richardson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Heath shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Heath throws out a loose jab but Richardson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Heath takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Richardson swats away the attempt to clinch by Heath.
Heath swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Richardson lands a nice shot that snaps Heath's head back.
Heath misses with a body punch
and Richardson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Heath tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Heath is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Richardson looks to land a left hand but Heath moved out of range nicely.
Heath lands a nice shot to the body.
Karl Richardson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Heath closes the distance and clinches up with Richardson, looking for a takedown. Heath pushes Richardson against the cage but Richardson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Heath lands with a nice combination. Richardson backs away looking to recover.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Heath throws a hook but Richardson avoids it easily.
Richardson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Heath walks into a jab.
Richardson is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Heath had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Heath feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Richardsons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Oh Heath is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Heath bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Richardson comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Heath falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Heath was out before he hit the floor!
