Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mr Charcoal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Algot Uggla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
34 - 19 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mr Charcoal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Algot Uggla! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.

Uggla tries to bum rush Charcoal with a series of wild strikes but Charcoal uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Uggla tries to land a body kick
and Charcoal counters with a single leg into guard. Uggla didn't expect that. Uggla avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Uggla is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Charcoal is looking to work some ground and pound but Uggla has wrist control. Uggla not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Charcoal content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Uggla escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Charcoal gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Charcoal won't allow Uggla to sweep him here. Charcoal trying to control but Uggla is working from the bottom. Charcoal throwing strikes but missing. Charcoal working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Uggla escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Charcoal gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Charcoal trying to control the position from guard on top but Uggla is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Uggla is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Uggla is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Charcoal defends well. Uggla has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Bonsai Club MMA. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Charcoal lands a couple of elbows. Charcoal has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Charcoal connects with a couple of short punches. Uggla working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Charcoal.
Uggla wants to reverse the position here. Charcoal has hold of a leg though and he's dropped back looking for a kneebar! The fighters roll across the mat but Uggla is forced to tap! Uggla looks devastated but at least his leg points in the right direction.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Mr Charcoal! Mr Charcoal made sure to mention his sponsor, ONI in his post fight interview. The defeated Algot Uggla had this to say: '*spits out blood* haven't you got something better to do than beating up 18-year olds in QFC?!'.
