Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Redding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lazovicz The BiG MaN (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Redding comes to the cage accompanied by Alive. The BiG MaN has chosen 300 Violin Orchestra - Jorge Quintero as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redding shoots in and bounces The BiG MaN off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Redding with a nice head shot there.
Redding advances position into side control!
Redding creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
The BiG MaN is trying to get back to half guard.
Redding is putting a hurting on The BiG MaN here, landing some big shots from side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Redding lands a few punches from side control.

The BiG MaN takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Redding has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The BiG MaN is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Redding knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Redding for a finish.

The BiG MaN is looking for a choke. Redding gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Redding manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.
Redding working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Redding is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Redding postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Redding's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

The BiG MaN wants to control but Redding is keeping busy.
Redding prevents The BiG MaN from improving his position.
Redding working The BiG MaN over with strikes.
The BiG MaN tries to roll over but Redding keeps him under control.
The BiG MaN has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Redding is working away from the top position though.
Redding slows the pace down in half guard.
The BiG MaN is trying to control but can't.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Redding lands strikes from half guard.
Redding is controlling the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The BiG MaN is looking for a sweep. Redding is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Well, if Redding is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Redding wants to take a breather but The BiG MaN is having none of it.
Redding is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. The BiG MaN doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Redding.
Redding working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Redding has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by The BiG MaN.

Redding throws a head kick that misses.
The BiG MaN on the wrong end of a nice jab.
The BiG MaN throws a right hand that Redding ducks under and follows up with a left that Redding also avoids with ease.
Redding was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Redding and The BiG MaN goes tumbling to the canvas! Redding follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
The BiG MaN is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Redding drops an elbow to the side of The BiG MaN's head.
The BiG MaN is still in real trouble! Can Redding finish him?

Joshua Redding overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Redding seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Redding is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, The BiG MaN is hurt! He's hurt bad - Redding fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save The BiG MaN from any more punishment! Congratulations to Redding! Great finish!
