Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Chosu Viv and Frank Elliason. Elliason has chosen Dr. Dog - "Warrior Man" as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Viv is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Elliason has escaped the position, nice work there.
Viv working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Elliason manages to get back to half guard.

Elliason is looking for a sweep. Viv is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Viv trying to control from Elliason's half guard. Elliason has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Elliason keeping moving, preventing Viv from controlling successfully.
Viv drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Elliason manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Viv has Elliason in his guard. Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Viv (4) vs (2) Elliason
Viv is looking for a triangle here but Elliason uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Viv manages to work his way to half guard, despite Elliason's best efforts.
Viv tries to roll over but Elliason keeps him under control.
Elliason moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Viv. Score +3 for passing guard: Viv (4) vs (8) Elliason
Elliason thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Elliason works to advance to full mount. Viv defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Score +2 for reaching mount: Viv (4) vs (10) Elliason

Elliason prevents Viv from getting the reversal.
Viv is controlling an arm, preventing Elliason from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Viv tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Viv tries to improve his position but Elliason has taken his back! Elliason has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Viv tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Elliason pushes Viv away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
