Kvasir comes to the cage accompanied by Nightmare. Storm Cloud has chosen Cherokee War Dance as his entrance music. Djin Kvasir could well score a knockout today. 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Storm Cloud! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Storm Cloud. Kvasir is trying to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kvasir manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Storm Cloud seems to be looking for submissions.

Kvasir looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Kvasir is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Storm Cloud pulls his head out easily. Kvasir tries to roll over but Storm Cloud keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kvasir looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Kvasir gets full guard. Kvasir has his foot on Storm Cloud's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Storm Cloud works his way back into a safe position though. The fighters roll with the hold and Kvasir manages to kick Storm Cloud off! Storm Cloud jumps back into Kvasir's guard. Storm Cloud got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kvasir has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Storm Cloud has managed to get both his arms back between Kvasir's legs - danger averted.

Storm Cloud tries to free his leg and advance position but Kvasir is retaining full guard. Storm Cloud is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Kvasir looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
