Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rascal Donkashane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dougal McGuire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGuire has chosen My Lovely Horse as his entrance music. Dougal McGuire will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire swats away the attempt to clinch by Donkashane.
No luck for Donkashane with that takedown attempt.
Donkashane fails with the takedown
and McGuire counters with a nice uppercut.
McGuire scores with a jab to the head.
Donkashane has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Factory in the buildup to the fight.

and McGuire counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Donkashane thinking.

and McGuire counters with an outside leg kick.

McGuire moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

McGuire avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Donkashane swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and McGuire counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
McGuire chopping away at his opponent's legs.
McGuire with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Donkashane tries to clinch up but McGuire circles away and keeps his distance.

Donkashane shoots in for a takedown but McGuire shows good takedown defense.
McGuire throws out a counter right but Donkashane avoids it with no problem.

McGuire works Donkashane's body with a nice hook.
McGuire is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Donkashane had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Donkashane tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McGuire paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McGuire throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Donkashane on the side of the head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Donkashane takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
McGuire changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Dougal McGuire is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Donkashane closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McGuire's guard.
McGuire tries to land a sweep but no joy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dougal McGuire dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Donkashane tries to clinch but McGuire is having none of it.
McGuire shapes to counter with a head kick.
McGuire lands a big head kick that sends Donkashane tumbling to the mat! McGuire takes a step backwards and waves Donkashane back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Donkashane is rocked!
McGuire keeps the fight on the outside.
Oh Donkashane is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Donkashane tries to clinch but fails miserably
and McGuire counters with a big left hand that crumples Donkashane! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
