The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Boaz might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Doctore has got the better of the exchanges.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Doctore, as that shot connected.
Doctore stuns Boaz with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Boaz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Boaz looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Doctore looks like he's trying to stand up.

Doctore is pressing down on Boaz's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Boaz has gone for a leg lock! Doctore slips out almost immediately though and dives into Boaz's guard.

Boaz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Doctore doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Doctore manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Boaz manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Doctore manages to get himself to full guard.

Boaz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Doctore swivels though and keeps the full guard.
