Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Terence Mckenna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Corban Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Terence Mckenna! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Corban Storm! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm cracks Mckenna with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. A combination from Mckenna does no damage. Mckenna blocks a head kick by Storm.
Terence Mckenna seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Storm connects with a leg kick. Mckenna looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Storm keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mckenna. Storm lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Storm throws a sloppy head kick and Mckenna counters with a series of strikes. Storm will be more careful next time no doubt. Mckenna displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Storm throws out the jab. Mckenna doesn't manage to clinch there - Storm circles away.
Mckenna tries to close the distance and clinch but Storm swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Mckenna fails to land with a series of punches.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Good exchange - Storm coming out on top. Mckenna takes a shot right to the bread basket. Mckenna misses with a double jab.
Storm throws a big counter head kick but Mckenna avoids it with no problem. Nice takedown defense from Mckenna. No joy for Storm on that attempt. We've been told by Mckenna's head coaches at Red Tri-Angle Gym. 15 Coaches/13 Elite that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Storm lands a head kick!

Terence Mckenna is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mckenna throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Storm. Storm has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Mckenna tries to bum rush Storm with a series of wild strikes but Storm uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Storm looks to score with a jab to the body but Mckenna is just out of range. Good exchange - Mckenna coming out on top. Storm tries to keep at a distance but Mckenna has taken the fight into the clinch. Storm breaks from the clinch.
Mckenna pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Storm back to the cage. Mckenna follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Mckenna closes the distance and clinches. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mckenna swings wildly with an uppercut but Storm uses good head movement to avoid it. Storm drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mckenna pulls his leg out and moves away.
Terence Mckenna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Corban Storm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mckenna pushes Storm up against the cage in a clinch. Storm dodges an elbow strike from Mckenna.
Mckenna throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Storms head. Storm has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mckenna is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Storm tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mckenna just stands there and leans against the cage. Mckenna's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Storm throws a head kick but Mckenna moves out of range.
Mckenna closes the distance and pushes Storm back into the cage. Storm tries to score a body lock takedown but Mckenna shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Mckenna holding his opponent close, against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Storm tries to free his leg and advance position but Mckenna is retaining full guard. Storm distracts Mckenna with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Storm throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Storm connects with a couple of short punches. Storm has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mckenna keeping moving, preventing Storm from controlling successfully. Storm postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Storm scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Mckenna working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Storm. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Storm accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Storm with a nice head shot there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Storm is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mckenna keeping moving, preventing Storm from controlling successfully. Storm scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Storm with a flurry of punches that miss. Storm landing with the ground and pound. Storm with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. This has been an exciting period of action! Mckenna preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Storm lands a couple of decent looking shots. Mckenna might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Storm landing some decent shots from guard. Storm is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Corban Storm will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

Storm lunges at Mckenna with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mckenna's hand. Mckenna fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mckenna lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Storm circles away quickly and effectively. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Mckenna crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Storm - the referee stops the clock and Mckenna gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Storm. Mckenna manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. A combination from Mckenna does no damage. Storm misses with a head kick.
Mckenna tries to clinch but Storm moves out of range. Storm counters with a body kick. Storm cracks Mckenna with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Mckenna lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Storm circles away quickly and effectively. Storm throws a nice outside leg kick. Mckenna's jab looks to have found its range, popping Storm under the eye. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mckenna moves in looking to clinch but Storm pushes him off. Mckenna misses with a double jab
and Storm counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Mckenna misses with a body shot.
And Storm tries to counter it with a takedown but Mckenna pushes his down on his head and steps out. Terence Mckenna is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A slapping leg kick lands for Storm.

Storm fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Mckenna wants to clinch but Storm slips to the side and Storm counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Mckenna walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Mckenna swinging wildly here.
Storm dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mckenna. That did some damage! Storm lands a nice shot that snaps Mckenna's head back.
Storm lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Mckenna is looking to clinch but Storm is avoiding it.
Mckenna tries to clinch up but Storm circles away and keeps his distance. Storm has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Mckenna takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Corban Storm seems to be getting the better of the standup. Storm fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mckenna avoids it really well and circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A jab from Mckenna misses. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mckenna with a nice cross. Storm displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mckenna throws out the jab. Storm bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Storm has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Storm lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Storm throws a nice outside leg kick. Mckenna is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Storm fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mckenna. Storm throws a head kick that misses. Mckenna takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Storm misses with a hook. Mckenna shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Mckenna ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Mckenna pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Storm shapes to counter with a head kick. Storm ducks under a wild hook from Mckenna. Storm feints the counter takedown. Mckenna throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Storm on the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mckenna is looking to clinch. Storm changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Storm slips a jab and a cross from Mckenna.
Mckenna lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Mckenna tries to clinch and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Mckenna wants to clinch. Storm scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Mckenna misses with a two punch combination.
Storm moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Mckenna takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Good leg kick by Storm there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Storm misses the target. Mckenna takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Storm connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Storm's corner calls for a 1-2. Storm obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Storm lands a right hook to the body.
Storm cracks Mckenna with a good jab. Mckenna takes one to the chin there. Donk. Storm catches Mckenna right on the button with a cross. Mckenna has closed the distance and engaged Storm in a clinch.
Storm is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Mckenna pulls him back up using the underhooks. Storm has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Mckenna avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Terence Mckenna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Corban Storm. Storm avoids a wild elbow strike from Mckenna. Mckenna misses with a body punch.
Storm is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Mckenna can't fight it off and eventually Storm manages to take the fight to the floor. Mckenna looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Storm postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Corban Storm showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Mckenna half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Mckenna stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Storm. Mckenna wants to clinch. Storm throws a fast counter high kick but Mckenna manages to duck under it in time. Mckenna moves out of range of the body kick. Mckenna appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Mckenna tries to close the distance and clinch up but Storm swats him away and circles back towards the center. Storm tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mckenna was well out of range. Poor timing from Storm. Mckenna doesn't manage to clinch there - Storm circles away.
Storm throws a sloppy head kick and Mckenna moves out of range easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mckenna looks to land a combination but Storm avoids it well. Storm fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Storm lands with a kick to the temple. Mckenna shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Storm clobbers Mckenna with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Mckenna moves in looking to clinch but Storm pushes him off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm fails with a takedown attempt. Storm throws a front kick that sends Mckenna stumbling back into the cage. Mckenna rushes Storm and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Storm changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mckenna fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mckenna scores with a sloppy right hand. Storm should have avoided that one. Storm goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Mckenna scores with a body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mckenna throws a left and a right that both miss
so Storm counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mckenna keeping moving, preventing Storm from controlling successfully. Mckenna utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Storm with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Storm loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Storm is in close to Mckenna's body, working some short punches and elbows. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Storm's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Storm chips away with some ground and pound. Corban Storm has got the better of the ground game so far. Storm scoring with some ground and pound. Storm stands up over Mckenna, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Corban Storm is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm stays in close to Mckenna's body and controls the position. Storm is continuing to stall. Mckenna wants to control the position but Storm says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Storm scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Storm moves nicely into side control. Storm is working Mckenna over with some ground and pound from side control. Storm remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Check out the look on Storm's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Storm controlling the position. Terence Mckenna has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mckenna knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Storm on the ground. Storm in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Storm working the ground and pound from side control. Storm is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mckenna's shoulder. That is not cool.
And that's the end of the fight! Corban Storm comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Storm winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
