The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barcelona has taken the fight to the clinch.

We're back to striking at a distance. Barcelona looks to score with a jab to the body but Al Rashad is just out of range. Al Rashad tries to close the distance and clinch up but Barcelona swats him away and circles back towards the center. Barcelona bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Barcelona throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Barcelona closes the distance and clinches. Barcelona has picked Al Rashad up - he's going for a ride! The fighters are battling for position here. Al Rashad manages to regain full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Barcelona working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Al Rashad doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Al Rashad manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Barcelona is breathing heavily.

Al Rashad makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Al Rashad has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Al Rashad cracks Barcelona with a solid left hand.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Al Rashad looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Barcelona can't hide his disappointment, as Al Rashad celebrates the victory.
