Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, The Perfect Striker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Brown! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Anthony Taglia and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Striker counters with a nice uppercut. Striker looks to land a combination but Brown avoids it well. Brown on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Striker. Striker obviously looking to wear him down.
Striker throws a push kick but Brown slaps the foot to one side. Striker throws a head kick that misses. Brown replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Striker blocks it well. Striker clinches with his opponent.
Striker tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Brown avoids it. Brown wants a takedown.
Brown tries for a takedown. No joy.
The Perfect Striker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Brown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Knees in the clinch landing for Brown.

Striker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Striker. Brown does a little dance to reset his feet. And Brown responds with a good body kick, but Striker manages to step out the way in time. Striker slips under a jab. A head kick misses from Brown. Striker moves out of range of the body kick from Brown.
Brown tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Striker swivels and escapes. Brown tries a head kick but it misses.
Striker instigates a clinch. Brown throws a punch but it's blocked by Striker. Striker wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Brown softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Striker is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Brown is defending well for now. Striker tries to circle away but Brown has him pinned against the cage. Striker tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Striker blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Striker is looking to break free of the clinch but Brown has double underhooks. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Brown. Striker on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

A shot in the inside from Striker. I was talking to Striker's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Striker blocks a body shot from Brown. Brown lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Brown has a couple of punches blocked by Striker.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Striker being controlled against the cage. Striker tries to land a knee to the head but Brown blocks with his arms.
Striker is trying to push Brown away but Brown has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Striker wants to get back to striking at distance but Brown won't allow it.
Brown prevents Striker from breaking the clinch. Brown has Striker pressed against the cage, preventing Striker from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Striker looking to stall.
Brown lands a body punch in the clinch. Striker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Brown moves into the clinch successfully.
Striker tries to land knees in the clinch but Brown avoids the damage to the body. Brown drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Striker gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Striker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Brown has him pressed against the cage. Brown pushes Striker back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Brown lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Brown lands a shoulder strike. Brown lands a nice elbow. Brown avoiding damage.
Striker is trying to break the clinch but Brown is controlling him. Brown lands a knee to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Brown dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

It looks like The Perfect Striker has been cut. Striker fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brown, pushing him back against the cage. Brown scores with a shoulder strike. Knees to the body from Brown.
Striker has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A short right hand to the side of the head by Brown. Brown lands on the inside with an uppercut. Brown throws a punch but it's blocked by Striker. Dan Brown seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Striker is trying to force a seperation but Brown has the dominant position. Striker has had enough of the clinch but Brown keeps him there for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown pressing his opponent against the cage. Striker tries to work over Brown's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Brown drops down looking for an ankle pick but Striker pulls his leg out and moves away.
Brown gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Striker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Brown has him pressed against the cage. Striker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Striker scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Dan Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brown gets a clinch. Brown lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A short right from Brown. Brown tries to land knees in the clinch but Striker avoids the damage to the body. Striker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The Perfect Striker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Striker sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Brown gets a clinch. A short uppercut from Brown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Striker.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A short right hand to the side of the head by Brown. Brown has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Striker looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Striker just misses with a elbow thrown towards Brown's brow. Brown lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Striker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. A swing and a miss from Brown. Brown has managed to clinch.

Brown tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. It looked like Striker was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Brown throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Striker misses with a kick to the body and Brown counters with a good, hard body kick but Striker shrugs it off. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Striker takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Brown tries to work over Striker's front leg with a kick but Striker checks it. As Brown looks to move away, Striker throws a big counter combo but Brown just gets out of the way. The Perfect Striker is winning the standup battle so far. A head kick misses from Brown. Striker throws a big counter combination but Brown scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Brown looks for the body kick but Striker saw that one coming. Brown on the wrong end of a nice jab. Striker on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Brown. Brown obviously looking to wear him down.
Brown loads up on a big right hand but Striker slips the punch. Striker takes a kick to the side of the head. Brown fails with an attempt to clinch.

Brown throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Striker blocks it with crossed arms. Striker takes a knee right on the jaw!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Striker struggles to land a body shot inside as Brown controls his hands.
Brown is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Striker is defending well for now. Striker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Brown scores with a nice body kick.
Striker moves out of range of the body kick. Brown throws an overhand right that lands on Striker's shoulder, as Striker tries to avoid the shot. Brown wants to clinch and Striker counters with a straight right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Brown showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on The Perfect Striker's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Striker looks to land a right hand but Brown moved out of range. Brown shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Striker sprawls well. Striker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Brown gets slowly back to his feet. Striker throws a low kick, looking for Brown's leg but Brown calmly moves out of range. Brown throws a jab but it's blocked by Striker. Striker misses with a two punch combination.
Brown misses with a hook. Brown looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Striker is fending him off so far but Brown persists. Nope, Striker circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Striker throws a lazy body kick and Brown counters with a stiff right hand. Brown fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Striker looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Brown is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Brown shoots in looking for a takedown. Striker tries to sprawl out of it but Brown keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Striker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The Perfect Striker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Brown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Striker has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Striker takes a body punch but keeps moving. Striker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brown works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Striker cracks the inside of Brown's front leg. Striker misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A head kick misses from Brown. Striker misses with a double jab.
Striker throws a left and a right that both miss
and Brown counters with a low kick, right behind Striker 's knee. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Brown scores with a nice body kick.
Brown forces Striker back against the cage and clinches. Brown landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Striker working hard to break the clinch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Striker. This has been an exciting period of action! Brown scores with a shoulder strike. Brown lands a left hand that snaps the head of Striker backwards. Brown comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Brown comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Still in the clinch, Brown scores with a nice short uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Striker presses Brown against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Nice body punch from Striker. Brown's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Brown throws a knee to the head but misses.
Brown throws a head punch that misses. Come on Striker - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Striker looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Striker will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Striker trying to land knees to the body.
Brown scores with an uppercut up the middle. Striker wants to get back to striking at distance but Brown won't allow it.
Dan Brown is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Brown dodges an elbow strike from Striker.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Striker gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Brown.
Brown lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Striker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Brown misses with a right hand and Striker counters with a one-two to the body. Brown shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Striker as he jumps to the side. Striker wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Sloppy strikes from Striker. Those never looked like landing. Striker leaves Brown with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Dan Brown comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Brown winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
