Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Lickertwat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jason Reynolds! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Al Lickertwat! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lickertwat pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Reynolds tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Reynolds tries to keep at a distance but Lickertwat has taken the fight into the clinch. Reynolds wants to get back to striking at distance but Lickertwat won't allow it.
Lickertwat is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Reynolds is defending well. Reynolds wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Reynolds is trying to force a seperation but Lickertwat has the dominant position. Lickertwat keeps control of Reynolds as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Lickertwat stalling the fight.
Reynolds wants to break the clinch but can't.
Reynolds has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Reynolds wants to get back to striking at distance but Lickertwat won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Reynolds is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Lickertwat breaks from the clinch.
Reynolds keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Reynolds lands with a straight right. Lickertwat didn't see that one coming. Reynolds dodges the punch combination from Lickertwat.
Lickertwat should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lickertwat is defended easily by Reynolds. Lickertwat looks winded! Reynolds misses with a head kick.
Lickertwat missing with a left hand there. Reynolds was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Lickertwat throws out a loose jab but Reynolds uses good head movement to avoid it. Lickertwat walks into a straight right hand from Reynolds. Jason Reynolds is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Reynolds fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lickertwat looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Reynolds lands an overhand right. Reynolds lands with an uppercut that bounces Lickertwat off the cage and back into range. Reynolds lands with an overhand left. Lickertwat walks into a jab. Reynolds throws a sloppy head kick and Lickertwat moves out of range easily. Lickertwat throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Lickertwat shoots in for a takedown but Reynolds shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Jason Reynolds has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Al Lickertwat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Reynolds lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Reynolds connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Reynolds connects with a looping right hand.
Reynolds is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Lickertwat takes one on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reynolds throws a head kick that misses. Lickertwat is looking to clinch. Lickertwat takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Jason Reynolds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reynolds throws a nice inside leg kick. Reynolds slaps away a takedown attempt from Lickertwat, before circling back to the center of the mat. Reynolds scores with the left hand. Lickertwat knows he should have avoided that one. Reynolds throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Lickertwat is rocked! Reynolds lands with a cross. Lickertwat is still on wobbly legs! Can Reynolds finish him? Reynolds scores with a jab to the head.
Reynolds lands a nice looking body shot.
Lickertwat throws a sloppy head kick and Reynolds moves out of range easily. Lickertwat seems to have recovered his senses. Reynolds misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Reynolds is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Jab, jab by Reynolds - just one landing. Nice uppercut there from Reynolds. Lickertwat needs to keep his hands up - Reynolds had a free shot at his head there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lickertwat takes a body punch but keeps moving. Reynolds lands a big head kick that sends Lickertwat tumbling to the mat! Reynolds takes a step backwards and waves Lickertwat back to his feet - he wants the finish! Lickertwat gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Reynolds gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Lickertwat is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Reynolds!
