Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Albert Hoffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Better (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Better has chosen Mother by Danzig as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Albert Hoffman ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, Evan Better! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Bruno Lombardi and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hoffman , as that shot connected.
Better shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Better trying to control but Hoffman is working from the bottom. Hoffman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Better gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Hoffman working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Better doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Better manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Hoffman throws his legs up looking for a submission but Better uses it to pass to side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hoffman tries to strike from the bottom but misses. Better lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Better is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hoffman has escaped the position, nice work there. Hoffman is trying to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Better in side control lands a decent elbow. Hoffman is looking to regain half guard here but Better keeps moving and retains side control. Better trying to control the action but Hoffman is working from the bottom. Hoffman tries to improve position but can't. Hoffman is trying to control Better's posture but Better avoids it. Hoffman regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hoffman tries to roll over but Better keeps him under control. Better wants to control but Hoffman is keeping him busy. Hoffman looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Hoffman tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Better seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Better is looking to take a break and control but Hoffman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hoffman is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Better pulls his head out easily. Better is keen to just control but Hoffman is a slippery customer. Better working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hoffman gets back to full guard.
Better stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hoffman swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hoffman looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hoffman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hoffman throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Hoffman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Better's guard. Hoffman is in close to Better's body, working some short punches and elbows. Better avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Better is on top in guard.
Better postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Better distracts Hoffman with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Hoffman working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Better has passed into half guard!
Better slips a nice elbow through Hoffman 's hands, connecting with Hoffman 's forehead. Better scoring with strikes to the body and head. Better looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Hoffman gets back to full guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hoffman working a defensive guard here.
Hoffman has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Better can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Evan Better dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Better throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Better swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hoffman needs to keep his hands up - Better had a free shot at his head there. Hoffman fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Better appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Hoffman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Better misses the shot to the body. Better misses with a hook
and Hoffman counters with a nice double leg into side control. Better won't be happy with that. Better is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hoffman off and has taken his back! Hoffman is trying to break free.
Hoffman is working hard here to advance position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Better tries to get the hooks in deep but Hoffman pushed the leg off. Hoffman tries to escape but Better has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Better lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Better.
Better looking for the choke but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoffman manages to reverse the position and now he's in Better's guard. Nice work there by Hoffman .
Hoffman keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Better's head. Better escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hoffman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Better is pulling down on Hoffman 's head. It's preventing any offense from Hoffman , at least for the moment. Hoffman is working Better over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoffman lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Hoffman has gone for a leg lock! Better slips out almost immediately though and dives into Hoffman 's guard.
Better has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hoffman to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Better is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hoffman pulls down on the head and he's put Better to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Albert Hoffman ! Albert Hoffman gave a mention to Urban Fighter in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales). The defeated Evan Better had this to say: 'Lucky, lucky, lucky.'.
