Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Desmond Flannery (ranked 4211 p4p, 461 weight class) and Barol Kedorf (ranked 2327 p4p, 274 weight class). Flannery comes to the cage accompanied by Dropkick Murphys - I'm Shipping Up To Boston. Kedorf has chosen POPEK MONSTER - DIRTY DIANA (MATHEO PRODUCTION) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flannery takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Flannery fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Flannery walks into a jab.
Flannery tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kedorf sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Flannery somewhat.
A nice side step and Kedorf releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Kedorf ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Flannery shoots in and drives through. Kedorf sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Desmond Flannery. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kedorf wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Flannery is breathing heavily.
Kedorf works Flannery's body with a nice hook.
Kedorf cracks Flannery with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Desmond Flannery has been cut.
Kedorf ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Kedorf swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Flannery.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Flannery switches off momentarily and Kedorf cracks him with a monster right hand! Flannery topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Kedorf dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Kedorf!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Barol Kedorf!
