Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Flap Jacks! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacks tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Excellent takedown into side control there by Jacks. Thornton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jacks tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Thornton stops Jacks from passing to mount. Thornton isn't going anywhere. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jacks decides to stand up, so the ref orders Thornton to his feet. Flap Jacks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jacks tries to clinch but Thornton is having none of it. Thornton went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacks looking to score a takedown here. Thornton is defending well but Jacks drives through and ends up in Thornton's guard. Thornton uses the cage to get back to his feet.

It looks like Emanuel Thornton has been cut. Jacks rushes Thornton and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Oh Thornton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Jacks tries to avoid it but Thornton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jacks to the ground. Jacks escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jacks tries to counter with a clinch but Thornton shakes him off and moves away. Jacks keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Whack! Jacks lands a heavy head kick that drops Thornton. The ref tackles Jacks to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Thornton was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Flap Jacks!
