Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Zimmerman (ranked 3418 p4p, 450 weight class) and Tatsin Bonphaivong (ranked 25453 p4p, 853 weight class). Zimmerman comes into the arena with Cosmic Sand - 9h00 blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tatsin Bonphaivong!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zimmerman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bonphaivong, pushing him back against the ropes.
Bonphaivong can't break the clinch.
Bonphaivong looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Zimmerman is trying to push Bonphaivong away but Bonphaivong has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Bonphaivong looking to throw knees to the head but Zimmerman is blocking nicely.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Zimmerman gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Bonphaivong is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zimmerman is controlling him.
Zimmerman slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zimmerman is taking a breather. Bonphaivong says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Bonphaivong scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Zimmerman manages to mount him!
Bonphaivong wants to use the ropes to get back to his feet here.

Bonphaivong wants to get back to his feet but in bucking up he's left an arm hanging out! Zimmerman has locked onto it and has pulled off a slick armbar! Bonphaivong taps furiously! This one is all over!
