The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Janssen avoids a kick to the body.
Janssen was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Janssen avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A little feinted left hand from Janssen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Good leg kick by Richardson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Janssen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Richardson throws a big counter head kick but Janssen avoids it with no problem.

Janssen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Richardson, pushing him back against the cage.
Richardson is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Janssen tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Richardson just stands there and leans against the cage.

Janssen jumps guard and drags Richardson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Richardson is fighting to break Janssen's control of his arms but Janssen is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Janssen looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Richardson is defending well. Janssen quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Richardson has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Janssen celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
