Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Elwood (ranked 1285 p4p, 143 weight class) and Igor Yakovchenko (ranked 1656 p4p, 174 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elwood misses with a series of wild punches.

Elwood scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

and Yakovchenko counters with a three punch combo that has Elwood backing up. Elwood nods at Yakovchenko to acknowledge the strikes.
Yakovchenko moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Yakovchenko! Elwood is out on his feet! Yakovchenko rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Elwood is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Elwood is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
