Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cormac Cunningham (ranked 6432 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Silva (ranked 2955 p4p, 413 weight class). Silva has chosen Kid Ink - ROUNDS ft. Jeremih & Fabulous as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Cormac Cunningham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Cain Silva!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cunningham looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Silva wants to get back to full guard.
Silva is pressing down on Cunningham's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Silva wants to sweep here but Cunningham controlling him for the moment.
Silva lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cunningham swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Silva seems to have locked his on tight now - Cunningham screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Silva, as he picks up the win!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Cain Silva!
