The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arago fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bird sprawls well initially but Arago persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Arago tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bird knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Arago thows a huge punch but Bird dodges it nicely.
Arago is controlling the pace.
Arago maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Bird could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Arago has cracked it and Bird is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Arago!
