Garibaldi's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Resist and Bite - Sabaton. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bagov dives in and grabs Garibaldi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Garibaldi pushes down on Bagov's head and hops out.
Garibaldi pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bagov shoots in and drives through. Garibaldi sprawls well.
Garibaldi tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Bagov manages to circle out of the way.
Bagov shoots in looking for a takedown but Garibaldi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bagov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Garibaldi feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Michael Garibaldi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ali Bagov.

Bagov needs to keep his hands up - Garibaldi had a free shot at his head there.

It looks like Ali Bagov has been cut.
Garibaldi throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Garibaldi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bagov. That did some damage!
Bagov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Garibaldi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bagov somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A quick step to the side and Garibaldi tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Bagov throws a sloppy strike and Garibaldi has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Bagov is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Garibaldi!
