Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duke Nukem (ranked 1011 p4p, 29 weight class) and Ivan Drago (ranked 2078 p4p, 57 weight class). Nukem comes to the cage accompanied by Here comes the boom. Drago comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Drago kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

It looks like Ivan Drago has been cut.
Drago moves out of range as Nukem strikes.
Nukem looks to land a combination but Drago avoids it well.
Nukem slips under a jab from Drago.
Nukem on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Nukem throws a head kick that misses.
Nukem doesn't manage to clinch there - Drago circles away.

Nukem is trying to pull guard but Drago turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Nukem throws a wild body kick that Drago sees coming a mile off.
Drago tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nukem was well out of range. Poor timing from Drago.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've been hearing reports that Nukem has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

and Drago scores with a counter punch that sends Nukem to the canvas! Drago smells blood - he's punishing Nukem with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Nukem has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
