Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Takashi Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Crewe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul Crewe will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Crewe!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drake darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Crewe closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Drake connects with a nice short shot to Crewe's temple.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Drake feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
