Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Fawce (ranked 2013 p4p, 207 weight class) and Tiago Folio (ranked 8883 p4p, 571 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Folio slips a jab and a cross from Fawce.
Folio looks for the body kick but Fawce saw that one coming.
Folio ducks under a wild hook from Fawce.
Folio looks to score with a jab to the body but Fawce is just out of range.
It looked like Fawce was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Folio.
Fawce looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Fawce advances position into side control!
Fawce is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Folio looks calm but he's in trouble here. Fawce gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Folio is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Fawce lets go of the hold and Folio can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Max Fawce!
Max Fawce spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
