Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Georgy Fokin (ranked 291 p4p, 0 weight class) and Indigo Starseed (ranked 12931 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 2 losses; Georgy Fokin! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 3 losses; Indigo Starseed!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Starseed closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Fokin is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Starseed defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Fokin is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Starseed has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Fokin has the hooks in. Starseed is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Fokin is not going to allow Starseed to sit and survive in this position.
Starseed rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Fokin is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Starseed defends it well.

Starseed felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fokin is refusing to be controlled, as Starseed sits in half guard.
Fokin wants to improve his position but Starseed is controlling well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Fokin takes the fight on points by 8 to 6.
After winning the bout, Georgy Fokin thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Indigo Starseed spoke after the fight, saying 'Dude, Garfield was a lot tougher than the comic strip version haha... No but seriosuly best 2-3? You owe me another chance to put in a real show for the fans! Good fight man! I'll be back! Better and stronger! Broken analog Pride never quits!'.
