Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aiden Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Scotch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aiden Storm! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Scotch! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Storm throws the kick towards the body but Scotch avoids it. Scotch throws a sloppy head kick and Storm moves out of range easily. Storm shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Scotch pinned against the cage. Scotch gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Storm takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
No luck for Storm with that takedown attempt. Storm ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Scotch moves away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Storm takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Left hook, right uppercut from Storm. Scotch throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Aiden Storm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Scotch is fending him off so far but Storm persists. Nope, Scotch circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aiden Storm. That's going to take a lot out of him. Scotch lands a jab. John Scotch is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Storm looks for a takedown but Scotch sprawls well. Scotch misses with a jab, cross combination.
Scotch lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Storm backs up against the cage.
Storm is breathing heavily. Scotch throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Scotch lands a jab-cross combination. Scotch lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Scotch keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Storm closes this distance looking for a takedown but Scotch circles away. Storm takes a shot right to the bread basket. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Scotch pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Storm takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A head kick misses from Scotch. Scotch throws a head kick but Storm moves out of range.
Scotch connects with a body shot. Scotch moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Scotch bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Storm's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Scotch bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Storm's head backwards. Scotch connects with a good right hand that stumbles Storm. Storm circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Scotch should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Storm has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Storm there as he acknowledges the shot. Scotch throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Storm gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Storm. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Scotch lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Storm circles away quickly and effectively. Scotch lands a jab-cross combination. Scotch throws a head kick but Storm moves out of range.
Storm with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Scotch to score with a decent uppercut. Scotch scores with a punch to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Storm takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Storm takes one to the side of the head.
Scotch lands with a slapping head kick. Scotch misses with a double jab.
Scotch connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Storm momentarily.
Scotch bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Scotch lands a high kick!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A left and a right from Scotch both land. Nice combination. Storm blocks a head kick by Scotch.
A head kick lands from Scotch that sends Storm to the canvas. Storm tries to scramble back to his feet but Scotch brings him back down into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Scotch dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Scotch circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Storm drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Scotch follows Storm to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
