Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jamezdin Shraf (ranked 1213 p4p, 174 weight class) and Nuke Laloosh (ranked 2259 p4p, 296 weight class). Shraf comes to the cage accompanied by Road To Glory. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jamezdin Shraf! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
29 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nuke Laloosh! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Shraf misses. Laloosh instigates a clinch. Shraf looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Shraf blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Shraf has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Laloosh lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Laloosh tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Shraf has had enough of the clinch but Laloosh keeps him there for the moment. Laloosh gets control of Shraf's arms and successfully pulls guard. Laloosh will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Shraf wants to control from the top but Laloosh keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shraf looking to sit in guard and control but Laloosh gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Laloosh wants to pass the guard but Shraf is keeping the position. Shraf throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Shraf has an active guard here but Laloosh has managed to pass into half guard.
Shraf wants to get back to full guard. Laloosh perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Shraf is trying to get back to full guard. Shraf is working hard here to advance position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Laloosh is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Shraf doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Laloosh. Shraf is pressing down on Laloosh's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Shraf is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Shraf preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Laloosh is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Laloosh looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Laloosh wants to get up but he can't break Shraf's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Laloosh is looking to work some ground and pound but Shraf has wrist control. Laloosh postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Laloosh controls from within his opponent's guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Laloosh avoids the body shot from Shraf.
And Laloosh tries to counter it with a takedown but Shraf pushes his down on his head and steps out. Shraf tries to move into range but Laloosh moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Shraf slips a jab and a cross from Laloosh.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Shraf misses the target. Laloosh keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Laloosh throws out a leg kick but Shraf moves out of range and Laloosh only half commits. Laloosh closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Shraf escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Laloosh has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Shraf connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Laloosh tests Shraf's chin there with a solid looking shot. Laloosh tries to close the distance and clinch up but Shraf swats him away and circles back towards the center. Shraf takes a swing at Laloosh's ribcage but misses. Laloosh throws a looping overhand right but Shraf ducks down to avoid it. It looked like Shraf wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Good exchange - Laloosh coming out on top. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Laloosh cracks Shraf with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Laloosh misses with a low kick. Shraf stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nuke Laloosh dominated that round. That's time! Shraf's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Laloosh gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Laloosh pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Shraf checks a leg kick. It looked like Shraf was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Laloosh. Shraf misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Laloosh.
Laloosh is looking to clinch but Shraf is avoiding it.
Shraf appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Laloosh has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Laloosh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Laloosh lands a nice leg kick that just misses Shraf's sensitive parts. Laloosh tries to close the distance and clinch up but Shraf swats him away and circles back towards the center. Laloosh slips under a jab from Shraf. Laloosh throws out a counter right but Shraf avoids it with no problem. Laloosh gets caught flat footed, as Shraf shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Shraf had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Laloosh defends it easily. Laloosh loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Laloosh scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Shraf keeping moving, preventing Laloosh from controlling successfully. Nuke Laloosh has got the better of the ground game so far.

Shraf keeping moving, preventing Laloosh from controlling successfully. Laloosh throwing strikes but missing. Laloosh postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Shraf has his foot on Laloosh's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Laloosh works his way back into a safe position though. Laloosh working some strikes from top position. Laloosh decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Laloosh ducks under a wild hook from Shraf. Laloosh scores with a hook to the body. Shraf takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Laloosh moves into the clinch successfully.
Laloosh tightens his grip and picks Shraf up, before dumping him to the ground. Shraf manages to land in guard. Laloosh wants to control from the top but Shraf keeps moving. Shraf can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Laloosh controls the pace. Laloosh avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Laloosh works over Shraf with some ground and pound from guard. Laloosh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Shraf swivels though and keeps the full guard. Laloosh trying to control but Shraf is working from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nuke Laloosh showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Shraf has Laloosh pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Laloosh manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Laloosh lands on the inside with an uppercut. Laloosh lands a left hand that snaps the head of Shraf backwards. Shraf wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Shraf takes a shot to the head. A short uppercut from Laloosh. Shraf is trying to push Laloosh away but Laloosh has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Laloosh manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Shraf wants to control from the top but Laloosh keeps moving. Laloosh isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Shraf stacks Laloosh on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Shraf!
That's one minute gone in the round. Laloosh is looking to regain half guard here but Shraf keeps moving and retains side control. Shraf tries for a kimura but Laloosh is defending well. Shraf tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Shraf has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Shraf is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Laloosh knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Laloosh tries to improve position but can't. Nuke Laloosh is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Laloosh regains half guard. Jamezdin Shraf has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Laloosh flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Shraf is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Laloosh sees it coming and defends easily. Laloosh works his way to full guard. Good work. Laloosh not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Shraf wants to control from the top but Laloosh keeps moving.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Laloosh takes one on the button. Laloosh throws a nice outside leg kick. Shraf looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Laloosh on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Shraf lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Laloosh tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Shraf manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shraf avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Laloosh has taken the fight to the clinch.
Shraf pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Shraf just misses with a punch to the body.
Shraf misses with a looping right. Laloosh closes the distance and pushes Shraf back into the cage. Shraf changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Laloosh fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Laloosh fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Shraf has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Shraf slaps away a takedown attempt from Laloosh, before circling back to the center of the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Crunch! Laloosh slams his shin into Shraf's torso.
And that's the end of the fight! Nuke Laloosh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Laloosh has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
