Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Bahaghari! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manuel Lora! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lora fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bahaghari manages to avoid it. Lora looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Bahaghari uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lora. Bahaghari has taken the fight to the clinch.

Bahaghari shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Lora is doing well to control the position and prevent Bahaghari from advancing to side control. Bahaghari seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Bahaghari is working for a kimura but Lora is defending it quite comfortably.
Lora slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bahaghari trying to control the position from guard on top but Lora is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bahaghari has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Lora to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bahaghari is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Lora pulls down on the head and he's put Bahaghari to sleep! This one is all over!
